William F. Brown, 75, of Jackson, Mich., celebrated his heavenly homecoming from St. Joseph Mercy Health System, Ann Arbor, Mich., Oct. 6, 2016. William, affectionately known as Bill, was born to Ewell and Helen Brown Oct. 7, 1940, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The family eventually settled in Dunedin, Fla. and Bill graduated from Clearwater High School in 1958.

In 1960, Bill enlisted in the United States Air Force.  He was trained as an aerial photographer and stationed in Lincoln, Neb.  While in Kansas, he met his first wife, Ruthann. Together they raised two daughters, Jeanette and Pamela.

Bill married Deanna Sue Donaldson Nov. 2, 1996, at Christian Retreat in Bradenton, Fla. – the community where the couple lived and were employed. Bill worked as a radio DJ, managed a branch of Kings Food Host, and served as a sound director for live Christian musicals, as well as an audio technician for Christian television producing weekly shows for multiple ministries. Through Bill’s business, Entertainment & Sports Publishing – Three B Marketing, Inc., he produced multiple weekly racetrack magazines in Florida.

Bill and Deanna became licensed Christian ministers through Life Link Missions and have a 501(c) (3) corporation through Missing Link Concepts of Florida. Bill maintained their ministry House of Prayer Exalted, Inc. Newsletter until his battle with illness.

Bill is survived by his younger brother, James Brown of Lawrenceville, Ga.; his two daughters, Jeanette M. Brown and Pamela Joy (Todd) Henry; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He is also survived by his wife, Deanna, and her three children, Donna (Jeff) Howland of Brooklyn, Mich., Sgt. Daniel (Brenda) Donaldson of Huntsville, Ala., and Dana (Ronald) Rook of Grass Lake, Mich.; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was held at Brooklyn Presbyterian Church Oct. 14, 2016.
