Thelma Arlene Phillips

A celebration of life will be held for Thelma Arlene Phillips of Jackson, formerly of Brooklyn, who passed away on Dec. 12, 2016. A memorial service will be held on July 8, from noon to 3 p.m. at 114 Third St., Jackson, Mich., with burial to immediately follow.
