Harry Richard Bush

Harry Richard Bush, 86, of Brooklyn, formerly of Onsted, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2020, at Provincial House in Adrian under the care of Hospice of Lenawee. He was born on January 25, 1934, in Mount Carmel, Penn., the son of Harry W. and Josephine (Wisneski) Bush. Harry married Georgianna Cooper in July of 1956, in Angola, Ind., and she preceded him in death on January 12, 1985. He then married Nancy Ann Kernaghan on April 14, 1989, in Adrian and she survives. Harry served in the United States Navy for over 13 years. He worked for Ford Motor Company in Rawsonville for over 30 years.  Harry loved horseback riding, hunting, watching John Wayne westerns, playing cards, and his family. He was a member of the Durkee-Seagar Post #550 American Legion of Onsted.

Surviving Harry beside his wife, Nancy; are his five children, Richard (Tina) Bush, Debbie (Joe) Shier, Tom (Nancy) Bush, Dan (Rosa) Bush and Teresa (Jim) Bauer; three Step-children, Sue Burnett, Randy (Geri) Phenicie and Nicole Straub; 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, a sister, Dolores (Mike) Albain and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife and parents.

Cremation has taken place. Graveside Services will take place in the future after the Covid-19 restrictions are lifted at Lenawee Hills Memorial Garden in Tecumseh with Military Honors conducted by American Legion Durkee-Seagar Post #550 of Onsted.
