Cyril ‘Tinker’ Forest Frolich

Cyril “Tinker” Forest Frolich, 92, of Brooklyn died Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at Provincial House in Adrian. He was born August 29, 1928, in Tecumseh, the son of the late Alfred Theodore and Dorothy Elizabeth (Clark) Frolich.

Cyril graduated from Clinton High School in 1946. He proudly served in the U.S. Coast Guard.  After serving in the Coast Guard, he continued his education receiving his bachelor’s degree from Ferris State University and retired after many years as an engineer. He was raised in the Catholic Church. Cyril enjoyed fishing, hunting, garage sales and antiques.

Cyril is survived by his sisters, Dorothy Schultz of Clinton and Patricia Smith of Britton and nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Theodore, Raymond, Leo, Wilfred and Richard Frolich, and two nieces.

Cremation has taken place and inurnment will be at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Lenawee.  Arrangements are under the care of the Clinton Chapel of Handler Funeral Homes. Online condolences may be offered to the family at handlerfuneralhomes.com.
